Accord Web Ordering Help

This on-line ordering system allows you to place your order when it is convenient for you.
There are four main ways to select the products you wish to order:

  1. Product Search - by key words from product descriptions.
  2. My Products - this is your own range of products
  3. Departments - this is the entire product range categorised by departments so that you can find the type of product you are interested in. Products can be in more than one department when appropriate.
  4. Previous orders - this allows you base your order on a previous order. It brings up the list of products; you still need to input the order quantities.

You can also view current special offers and add special offers items to your order.

Each method of selection will result in a list of products being displayed; click on the +/- buttons to input the quantity required - or just key it in. When you have input the quantities you require of these products click on another page and the products will be automatically added to your order.

To view a list of all of the products ordered so far, choose the 'View Order' tab.

To view a list of the free products added to the order click on the 'Free Products' link from the 'View Order' screen. If no free product offers are available the link will not appear.

To view a list of Order Through Products ordered click on the 'Order Through Products' link from the 'View Order' screen. This link will not appear if Order Through products are not in use.

To submit the order, click the 'Order Submit' link; you can key in your own order reference and change the delivery address - just for this order.

The system will confirm that it has received the order.
The order will be delivered according to your existing delivery schedule.
